AI Content Policy & Reporting
RapPrism content restrictions, portrait consent, SeeAPI safety checks, abuse reports, enforcement and appeals.

1. Scope and responsible use
This policy applies to topics and prompts, uploaded images, stylized avatars, generated lyrics, audio and videos, and content shared using RapPrism. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Use RapPrism for lawful, clearly disclosed AI entertainment. Do not present a generated performance as an authentic recording or endorsement. Review your output before sharing it and disclose that it is AI-generated.
Natural style is the default; 3D Hip-Hop Anime is optional. Both generate AI rap performances directly from your uploaded images and selected style prompt. You need rights to all images and explicit likeness permission for any people depicted. AI disclosure and content safety rules apply to both styles. Images may depict people or pets; results vary, and the current sample videos do not establish animal-output quality.
2. Prohibited content
Do not submit, generate, store, or distribute any of the following through RapPrism:
- Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexualized nudity, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including synthetic intimate imagery.
- Child abuse or unsafe content: any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, or abuse of children, including fictional or AI-generated depictions. Do not upload portraits of anyone under 18 for generation.
- Violence or gore: graphic injury, torture, cruelty, threats, glorification of serious violence, or instructions facilitating harm. Terrorist propaganda, violent extremism, and instructions for weapons of mass destruction are prohibited.
- Hate or harassment: abuse or incitement targeting protected characteristics, threats, stalking, doxxing, defamatory accusations, coercion, or targeted humiliation. A playful roast must not become abuse.
- Unauthorized, deceptive, or harmful deepfakes and impersonation: using another person's likeness without permission, or using face swaps or fabricated statements or actions for fraud, defamation, deceptive endorsements, election deception, or other harmful impersonation. Non-consensual intimate imagery and synthetic intimate scenes are prohibited. Clearly disclosed AI entertainment in Realistic style is allowed with explicit portrait authorization and compliance with this policy. Do not claim a synthetic performance depicts something the person actually said, did, or endorsed.
- Rights violations: unauthorized photos, likenesses, voices, personal information, copyrighted material, trademarks, or content that infringes another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Other harmful conduct: encouraging self-harm, fraud, unlawful activity, spam, account abuse, or attempts to evade safety checks. Do not reword a blocked request, alter media, or switch accounts to bypass a restriction.
Consent does not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable.
3. Portrait authorization and safety checks
You must have usage rights to every image, including pet images. Where people are depicted, upload only your own adult likeness or an adult's likeness with explicit permission for both uploading and the intended AI use. In duo mode, permission is required for both depicted people. Unauthorized celebrity, political figure, and third-party portraits are prohibited. We may request evidence of consent when a rights complaint is received.
For both styles, RapPrism uses SeeAPI Text NSFW Filter for the topic before generation, SeeAPI Image NSFW Filter for uploaded portraits, and SeeAPI Video NSFW Filter before returning a generated video for playback or download. Text checks cover sexual content, child sexual safety, violence, hate, harassment, and self-harm. Media checks look for NSFW and special-care signals. Incomplete assessments and unavailable safety services are not treated as passes. Generation uses Kie.ai and ByteDance Seedance for both video styles, directly from the original portraits and the selected style prompt. Upstream providers may also reject content.
Video moderation samples frames; it does not inspect every frame or transcribe and assess the soundtrack. These tools can miss content or flag harmless content, and do not establish identity, consent, copyright ownership, or legal compliance. Our support operator manually reviews reports and appeals and can inspect relevant prompts, media, and task records to investigate. We do not claim that every output receives a human review or that support is staffed around the clock.
4. Report abuse, impersonation or a rights violation
Anyone, including a person without a RapPrism account, can email support@rapprism.com. Use the subject RapPrism content report; add URGENT for suspected child exploitation, NCII, or a credible threat of serious harm.
Include the task ID or content URL, a brief description of the concern and relevant timestamps, whether you are the affected person or authorized representative, and an email address for follow-up. Provide only the evidence needed to identify the issue. Do not download, attach, or forward suspected child abuse or intimate imagery; use an existing URL or identifier and a description. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or unnecessary identity documents.
We limit access to reports to people who need them for investigation, payment disputes, or legal obligations. We may share necessary details with affected users or service providers to investigate, but do not routinely publish a reporter's identity. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves lead to action. For an immediate danger to a person, contact the appropriate local emergency service; this inbox is not an emergency response service.
5. Report review
Reports are handled through the support mailbox. Include enough information to identify the task and issue. Review may require checking task records and coordinating with the relevant media provider to restrict or remove material. There is no automatic report-to-takedown mechanism or automatic deletion of third-party copies. We cannot recall already downloaded or externally shared copies. Our handling targets are:
- Ordinary reports: an initial response within 3 working days of receipt.
- Urgent reports: a response and priority review within 1 working day for suspected child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or a credible serious threat to a person.
- Investigation updates: a decision or progress update within 7 working days after receiving enough information to investigate. For complex cases or third-party dependencies, we will explain the delay and provide an updated estimate.
These are human handling targets. Working days exclude weekends. Third-party deletion and the full investigation may take longer.
6. Enforcement and treatment of credits
Depending on severity and repetition, we may warn the user, require changes, reject a generation, remove or disable access to material we control, temporarily restrict or suspend access, or terminate access for serious or repeated abuse. Suspected child exploitation, credible threats, terrorism, or other unlawful activity may be reported to competent authorities as legally required or appropriate. Relevant evidence may be retained for investigation and legal obligations.
Input rejections occur before generation credits are charged. Charged tasks that fail output review have their task credits automatically restored under our Refund Policy. Restoring credits does not authorize another attempt at prohibited content. Removal of a previously delivered video does not automatically create a cash refund or forfeit unrelated unused purchases; we assess billing separately under the refund policy and applicable law. We cannot recall copies already downloaded or published on other services.
7. Appeals
Email support@rapprism.com with the subject RapPrism content appeal, the task ID or decision reference, and why you believe the decision was mistaken. Support reviews the evidence and coordinates corrections where appropriate. We aim to complete the review within 10 working days after receiving enough information. If more time is needed, we will explain why and provide progress and an updated estimate. This is a review target, not a deadline for filing an appeal; applicable rights remain available.
