Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RapPrism (https://rapprism.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 to use RapPrism. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and AI Content Policy explain the related rules.

2. Service Scope & Deliverable Specifications

RapPrism creates AI rap videos from images, using Solo Mode (1 image) or AI Rap Duo Mode (2 images).

Natural style is the default; 3D Hip-Hop Anime is optional. Both generate AI rap performances directly from your uploaded images and selected style prompt. You need rights to all images and explicit likeness permission for any people depicted. AI disclosure and content safety rules apply to both styles. Images may depict people or pets; results vary, and the current sample videos do not establish animal-output quality.

• Deliverable: Each completed task outputs an MP4 short rap video at your chosen 480p or 720p resolution and portrait 9:16 or landscape 16:9 orientation (default: 720p portrait) (duration depends on the model) with original English rap vocals and lip-sync.
• Scope Boundary: RapPrism is designed for generating short rap clips from 1–2 images and a text topic; it does not accept full-length external MP3 song uploads for long music video editing.
• Cloud records: Generation records are available in your account for 7 days from task creation. Download videos before expiry; provider media retention and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.

3. Image Rights, Likeness Permission & Prohibited Content

Before submitting any generation task, you must confirm and warrant that:

1. Explicit Authorization: You have the necessary rights to every uploaded image. If people are depicted, you also have explicit permission from every pictured adult for uploading and the intended AI use, including both people in duo mode.
2. No Unauthorized Celebrity or Third-Party Likenesses: You will not upload unauthorized photos of celebrities, politicians, public figures, or private individuals without their consent.
3. No Harmful or Defamatory Content: You will not use the service to generate non-consensual, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful content.

4. One-Time Credit Packs & Refunds

• Pricing: RapPrism offers one-time credit packs (Starter Pack $9.99 / 100 Credits, Duo Creator Pack $19.99 / 250 Credits, Crew Party Pack $49.99 / 700 Credits) with no recurring monthly subscription. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days.
• Per-Video Cost: Generation credits depend on duration and resolution and are displayed before submission. Solo and Duo use the same rate for the same settings; unpriced combinations are unavailable.
• Payment: Checkout uses the Waffo Pancake payment integration. The final charge, including applicable taxes, is displayed at checkout. There is no automatic renewal or top-up.
• Failed tasks: Input safety rejections are not charged. If a charged generation task fails or its output review fails, the actual task charge is reversed to your account balance. This is a credit restoration, not a refund to your bank.
• Cash refunds: Entirely unused packs are eligible for a full original-method refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@rapprism.com with your order reference. Partially used packs, service failures and duplicate charges are handled individually by support; this does not guarantee a refund or mean automatic refusal. In-progress tasks or unclear usage require manual verification. Cash refunds are separate from failed-task credit returns; purchase entitlements and mandatory rights remain protected. 5. AI safety, reports and enforcement

Our AI Content Policy prohibits sexual/NSFW content, child exploitation, violence/gore, hate, harassment, unauthorized, deceptive or harmful deepfakes and impersonation, NCII, rights violations and attempts to bypass safety controls. Clearly disclosed AI entertainment requires image usage rights, explicit likeness permission where people are depicted and compliance with the content policy; consent does not permit other prohibited content. Both styles require SeeAPI checks of topics, images and output video frames. Generation uses Kie.ai and ByteDance Seedance directly from input images and the selected style prompt. AI checks are imperfect and video checks do not assess audio. You must review outputs and disclose AI generation when sharing.

Report abuse or a portrait rights violation to support@rapprism.com. The reporting and appeals process explains evidence, response targets, removal, warnings, suspension and appeals. We may restrict or remove content we control and suspend access for serious or repeated violations. Billing is assessed separately under the Refund Policy; account enforcement does not automatically forfeit unrelated unused purchases.

6. Your content and account

You retain the rights you hold in uploaded material and give RapPrism a limited permission to process it to deliver the requested service, perform safety checks, and investigate reports, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the required photo and likeness permissions, the accuracy of your account information, and keeping your credentials secure. Report unauthorized account use to support. AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique, or subject to third-party rights; no exclusive copyright or third-party clearance is guaranteed.

7. Service changes and consumer rights

Third-party model availability and AI results may vary. We may update the service or these policies; the current version and date will be published on the relevant page. For material changes affecting existing purchases, we will provide notice before applying them where required. Changes do not remove an existing refund entitlement or mandatory consumer protection. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
