1. Overview

Welcome to RapPrism (https://rapprism.com). We respect your privacy and are committed to transparent handling of the images, text prompts, and account information you provide when using our AI Rap Video Generator (Solo & Duo modes).

2. Information We Collect

1. Uploaded Images — When you create a solo (1-photo) or AI rap duo (2-photo) video, you upload JPG, PNG, or WebP images.
2. Video Style & Generated Outputs — Natural style is the default. Optional 3D Hip-Hop Anime is used only when you actively select it. Both styles send your original images and the requested style to the video model to generate an MP4 rap video directly at your selected 480p/720p resolution and portrait 9:16 or landscape 16:9 orientation; no separate anime reference image is generated in the current workflow. We process your chosen style and generated video.
3. Account & Authentication Data — Your email address, display name, and session tokens managed via Better Auth.
4. Safety Reports & Appeals — Content references, your contact email, and the limited evidence you supply when reporting abuse or appealing a decision.
5. Credit & Order Records — One-time credit pack purchases, task deductions at the selected duration and resolution, and reversals of the actual charge for failed renders.

3. How We Process Portrait Photos & AI Media

• Purpose-Limited Processing: Uploaded images, themes and custom lyrics are used to synthesize your requested AI rap video, run content safety checks, and investigate relevant reports and appeals. Use only images you have rights to, including pet images. Where people are depicted, use your own adult likeness or obtain explicit authorization from each depicted adult for uploading and the intended AI use. Do not upload unauthorized third-party or celebrity images. See the AI Content Policy.
• No Unauthorized Training: We do not sell your personal images or use your private uploads to train public foundation models.
• Safety processing: Both styles require safety checks. SeeAPI receives your active theme or custom lyrics, image URLs, and output video URL. Media URLs must be accessible to these processors without your browser login; treat them as confidential links and do not post private media links publicly. Video review uses sampled frames and does not transcribe audio.
• Storage & Retention: Uploaded images go directly to Kie’s file API; RapPrism does not make an additional R2 copy. Completed videos use the model provider’s media links. Cloud generation records appear for 7 days from task creation, then disappear from your list. Download videos before expiry. Kie states that uploaded files expire after 24 hours and generated files are kept for 14 days. Older Fal tasks retain their original provider links. Record expiry does not erase provider copies or downloads. Order, credit and necessary safety/dispute records follow separate retention purposes. Contact us to request deletion.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data only with essential infrastructure providers required to deliver the service:

• Cloudflare (Workers and D1 Database) for application hosting and task/account records.
• Kie.ai for uploaded image storage and ByteDance Seedance video generation and delivery in both styles. fal.ai remains a processor for older tasks and previously generated demonstration assets.
• SeeAPI for text, image and sampled-video content safety assessments, under its data handling policy. SeeAPI currently states that stored input/output files and moderation results have no scheduled automatic expiry, and request logs are retained for 60 days. Deleting a source link does not delete a processor copy; contact us to coordinate a deletion request.
• Waffo Pancake for one-time credit pack checkout (we never store full card numbers on our servers).

5. Reports, removal and retention

We use only information reasonably needed to review reports, handle appeals and payment disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Relevant records may need to be retained after a removal request for those purposes; other copies under our control can be deleted on request. Third-party processors handle submitted data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not promise immediate deletion from backups or copies already downloaded or shared elsewhere.

6. Your Rights & Contact

You have the right to access, export, or request deletion of your account data and uploaded image files. For privacy inquiries or takedown requests, please contact support@rapprism.com. Content complaints can be made without an account through the reporting process. See also our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Local creator settings

Before submission, selected photos, themes and custom lyrics remain only in the open creator’s memory; they are not saved as browser drafts. Submitted text is processed for safety and video generation and recorded with the task. Leaving, reloading, signing in, or paying may require you to select photos and enter your theme or lyrics again. Only cast mode, writing mode, duration, energy, scene, resolution, orientation and an explicitly selected video style are kept in this tab’s session storage. Portrait authorization is never restored automatically.

On a creator visit, the application attempts to delete its retired photo-draft database (rapprism-local-draft) and obsolete draft pointer. It does not clear other site data. A browser or another open connection can block that deletion; the application retries on a later visit. This cleanup is not a promise that every browser-held copy has already been removed.
